Miss Lori & Miss Kristine’s May 6, 2022 Red Robin Preschool Newsletter
Dear Nursery Families,
This week was a very busy and creative week for your children! All of the boys and girls worked very hard to make a special Mother’s Day gift for all of our wonderful Moms! We hope you enjoyed opening your gift and reading the poem attached to it. Please try to wait until Sunday to open it on Mother’s Day! Your children are so excited to be on their best behavior and treat their Mom’s like a Queen on Sunday!!!
Our class is practicing for our show and they are becoming mini Broadway actors and actresses! Each day we sing and learn dances to our show songs. We have custom made guitars, pianos and some other special props which you will see at our show. Stay tuned…! A very exciting and memorable show is coming your way!!!
All of your children looked terrific for picture day! We enjoyed watching our friends get their picture taken and we are so excited to see how the pictures came out! The class picture will be a wonderful keepsake!
Next week we will resume with the alphabet. We will move on to the letter “Xx”. You may also send in pictures of things that end with the letter “Xx” to make it easier!
For our friends celebrating a birthday the end of June, July or August, feel free to contact me to set up a day to celebrate your child’s birthday in school if you would like.
Next week we will resume our “Five Senses Unit”. All of the children are really enjoying learning about the “Five Senses”. We all had a lot of fun tasting food items which were either sweet, salty, or sour. Many of your children actually liked the taste of lemons!!!
Miss Kristine and I wish all of our amazing Moms a really HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!! Enjoy your special day.
Love,
Miss Lori and Miss Kristine
