Dear Toddler Families,

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother’s Day and that everyone is safe and healthy.

It seems May has truly arrived…waking up and seeing the sunshine peek through my window makes my days away from your children a little more bearable. The weather prediction for this week looks positive and hopefully you can all get out. While practicing social distancing, it is a nice time to get out on family walks, bicycle rides and scooters. Take a nature walk-things are definitely changing. Teach your children about the changes. Let them observe and learn as well as play! See if they can finds items of a certain color that you shout out or a shape. Let them count how many tulips are in your neighbor’s garden. See how many “robins” they can find. A true sign of spring! Just have fun!!!
