Miss Debbie’s 5/7/2021 Red Robin Preschool Newsletter
Dear Families,
Spring is in the air! We are as busy as all the spring flowers starting to blossom! We were all about the letter “Yy” this week. We colored our classroom “Yy” with yellow crayons. It is so bright it lights up the room!!! We made our handprints for our Alphabet Books turn into “YAKS!” We are almost done with our book!!! We can’t wait to show you it. We know you will keep it forever!
We are also very busy with the month of May’s shape, “PENTAGON”, color, “PURPLE” and new number “9”.
Wait until you see our very special “surprise” for our MOMMIES!” We worked very hard to make it for you and are excited to bring it home! It will be hard to keep it until Sunday!
We started our “Book Sharing” this week. It is fun to see the books that your children love. They are so happy to share them with the class.
Next week we are hoping for really nice weather so we can become “Red Robin Gardeners” and start planting flowers. Not only does it have to be nice during the day for us to plant, but it has to be warm enough during the night to protect the flowers. We are ready!!!
As soon as the weather is warmer we will await the arrival of our caterpillars! We are going to experience the “Life Cycle of a Butterfly”. We can’t wait!!!
Miss Sam and I would like to wish our fabulous MOMS a wonderful and “HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!”
Warmly,
Miss Debbie and Miss Sam
