Miss Debbie’s 10/29/2021 Red Robin Preschool Newsletter
Dear Families,
What a great week to be in school! We sure know how to have fun! We did not let the weather stop us this week at all! After watching and reading about “Spookley the Square Pumpkin”, we decided to make one of our own. We think he’s really cute! We painted him orange and put his face on. We also started working on our fall tree for our window. Try and take a peek when you pick up. Wait until you see our “creepy cute bats” come home. They really finished off our decorations for Halloween. We painted clothes pins black then colored coffee filters using magic markers. We have read so many Halloween books we are so excited for Halloween. We learned some Halloween finger plays too. On Friday we went on a “Halloween Hunt” and we found witches, spiders, ghosts, bats and a haunted house. At each stop we received a bunch of sweet surprises. We also hunted for pumpkins we love all the goodies we got. Our party was a huge success! Thank you so much for your generosity and making it great!
Next week we will be back to our alphabet. We will work on the letter “Ff”. We have a lot of FUN projects and games to help us learn. We will also learn more about “FALL” which will be Fantastic.
Have a fabulous weekend and safe Halloween!
Warmly,
Miss Debbie
