Miss Debbie and Miss Jen’s December 16, 2022 Red Robin Preschool Newsletter
Dear Families,
We have been very busy getting ready for the holidays, but we didn’t forget about our letter of the week. During lesson we learned all about “Ll”. We decorated our King-sized “Ll” with “Lots of Lace”!!! We made lambs with cotton balls and we also used leaves to decorate the letter L for our Alphabet Book. We can’t believe how many letters we learned about so far.
This week we learned and worked on Hanukkah since the first night is Sunday. We wish everyone a Happy Hanukkah for all who celebrate the holiday. We hope you enjoy the projects that we made for you. We all made dreidels and menorahs for the people that celebrate Hanukkah. We have been working on our “Snowman Holiday Gift” for our families. They are so cute we can’t wait to show you. They are so colorful and sparkly!
Next week we will not move on to letter M. We will pick up with M in the New Year. We will review all the letters, numbers, colors and shapes we have learned so far.
Speaking of next week, our “Holiday Party” will be next Friday! It happens to coincide with a visit from a “very special merry visitor”! Please feel free to send in treats for the class that are store-bought, peanut and tree nut free. Please read the ingredients to make sure they are not made in a factory that processes with nuts. Thank you in advance for your generosity and in making our party a huge success.
We would like to take a moment and once again thank you all for entrusting your children into our care. They are an amazing group of children. It is truly a gift for us to be with them every day.
Warmly,
Miss Debbie and Miss Jen
