April 15, 2020 Red Robin School Greetings, Inspiration & Fun from Miss Sheryl
Dear Red Robin Families,
I hope this newsletter finds you all well and safe. My thoughts and prayers were with you over this past unusual holiday weekend. I think we have all found new ways to celebrate with friends and family, near and far, as well as to count our blessings and appreciate them.
Each week I try to find a quote or poem that I’ve come across and wait anxiously to share it with all of you. This week the quote that resonates with me the most is “absence makes the heart grow fonder.” It is never truer than right now. Not being with family and friends and not seeing our incredible Red Robin family is extremely difficult. I, myself have not been a fan of social media – but it definitely has become my new friend. Not only in seeing my children and grandchildren, as I have told you in the past, but I’m getting to see videos and photos from all of you. It truly makes my day. So thank you so much for that. Please continue to share.
Hopefully the weather will begin to cooperate a little more so that you will get to step out (safely) with your family.
Here are a couple of games you can play in the meantime.
“FAMILY FUN CHALLENGE”
You can download a pdf of the Family Fun Challenge Game here.
You can download a pdf of the Family Fun Challenge Scorecard here.
See who in the family can get to 100 points the fastest!!!
Don’t forget to let me know who won!!!
Maybe you can have a celebratory “Make your own pizza night!”
Or
“Make your own Sundaes!”
Have fun!!!
Miss you all – hoping to see everyone real soon!!!
Please take care of yourselves.
We’re all in this together.
OXOX
