Dear Pre-K Families,
All of our children have been so excited to come to school in order to observe the change in our caterpillars. So far, one caterpillar is in position and getting ready to form a chrysalis. We are anxiously waiting for the other four butterflies to follow along!
The children are soaking up the facts about the Human Body and they are really enjoying creating their very own body. We are finishing up our All About Me book as well as continuing to write in their journals. All of your children have come so far this year- it is such a pleasure to watch. Their writing ability, their letter and word recognition is extremely impressive. Your children are very proud of themselves, and they should be!
We have been practicing for our End of the Year Show and Graduation ceremony. The children are very excited to perform for you! Our last day of classes at Red Robin is on Wednesday, June 8th. Our show will be on Thursday, June 9th at 11:00 at Westbury Manor on Jericho Turnpike in Westbury. Please arrive with your child promptly at 10:45AM. If your child is unable to attend, please let us know.
I have asked for family pictures (about 8) for a special prop for our show. If you haven’t sent them in yet, I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this request.
If you would like to celebrate your child’s summer birthday with our class, please let me know as soon as possible.
I would like to thank each of you for a wonderful year with your child. We have all has a very successful year filled with love and friendship. Thank you for your support and cooperation all year!
