Planning our Thanksgiving Feast
Here in Pre-K we have been discussing the First Thanksgiving. We’ve been talking about the Pilgrims’ relationship with the Native Americans and how the two worked together to overcome hardships.
Monday, November 23rd, we will be sitting down together to have our Thanksgiving Feast. The children will be wearing special hats and head-dresses that they have made as we sit down to share a meal together.
If you are able to help by contributing any of the following food items, that would be great! Please let me know as soon as possible.
- Boars Head Turkey (2 lbs) (one pound per parent)
- Fruit Salad
- Tater Tots
- Steamed broccoli in a steamer bag X2 (one per parent)
- Corn bread
- Macaroni and cheese
- Potato chips or Pirates Booty
- School safe cupcakes and/or cookies from Whole Foods
- Apple Juice
Since Red Robin is a peanut and tree nut free facility, please check for allergy information on all items purchased. Thank you in advance for your contribution.
