New Programs For Our School
School Toddler Program
Since 1957, Red Robin Country Day School
& Camp’s focus has been on the younger child. With our long-term
experience, we now offer an outstanding school program for toddlers
(tailored exclusively for children 22 - 32 months). The toddler program
exposes Red Robin's youngest students to a structured curriculum,
including crafts, as well as a formal circle time.
Our stimulating program introduces children to the alphabet, colors,
music, movement, stories and crafts. We have a large assortment of age
appropriate play equipment, toys, books and music. We assist with toilet
training and provide diaper changing. Let our expertise in early
childhood development enrich your younger child’s life!
Note: For all of our classes (Toddler through Kindergarten), in addition to our half day (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) And full day (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm) schedules, we now offer a 3/4 day (9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) option as well.
New Programs For Our Camp
Camp Toddler Program
We have always served children from 3 to 9 years of age, but in addition,
we now provide a camp experience for
2-year-olds. Children in this program are provided with the opportunity
to experience camp at an age-appropriate level. Groups are between 8-10
children and are supervised by 4-5 mature staff members who will expose
them to all of the wonderful activities our camp offers. The Toddler
Program provides 2-year-olds the opportunity to attend camp for 8 weeks,
6 weeks, Unique weeks (any 25 days you choose) or 4 weeks; Full Day
(9:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) or Midi Day (9:15 a.m to 1 p.m.).
Transportation, a Red Robin backpack and fresh daily towel service are
included in your childs' tuition.
In addition, 2-year-olds may attend
our Introductory Toddler Program. The Introductory Toddler Program is
offered any 3 days per week (9:40 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.), over the course
of the entire 8 week program. Lunch and snack will be
provided. For the Introductory Toddler Program only, parents must
provide their own transportation.
As always, children in diapers are welcome and we do assist with toilet training.
Super Senior Program:
This Red Robin program has been a blast over the past five summers, but is only available for campers who are entering 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade, and who want to enjoy Red Robin's incredible activities, together with a weekly day trip.
These awesome day trips include excursions to some of Long Island's safest and coolest attractions, including space and science museums, an aquarium, a sporting event, and a local musical performance, just to name a few. Super Seniors also participate in an amazing overnight at Red Robin, complete with a cookout dinner on the barbecue, star gazing, group games, s'mores, and a movie before bed.
Super Seniors enjoy enhanced use of all the facilities at Red Robin. Red Robin's multi-hole miniature golf course, the Red Robin Links, will be back and ready for action. The Red Robin Sports Deck offers tennis instruction, dynamic basketball tournaments, deck hockey, and batting practice.
